2001年のk-1JAPANチャンピオンです!1991年に来日、1000日の修行を終えて大山総裁の最後の内弟子となりました。2010年から世界的フィットネスブランド「Reebok」のマスタートレーナーとしてクロスフィットを日本中で広げるべく役割としてこの10年間を勤めています。CrossFit Nishi Azabu のオーナーです!現在日々の指導を楽しんでいます、どうぞキャプテンNicのクラスに是非来て下さい。

始めようと思ったキッカケは何ですか?
人工股関節のオペ後にリハビリで始めようと思って、ものすごい早い段階で回復出来まして運動の楽しさや大切さを他の方々に伝えたいと思いました。

目的や目標などはありますか?
100歳まで動ける体を作りたいです!

クロスフィットをやっていて最も楽しいと思えた事 は?
他の方や自分の成長を見ながら、感じながらシェアが出来るのはとても楽しいと思います。

CrossFit を始めて日常生活で変 化を感じたことはありますか?
オーナーとしての目線ですがみんなの笑顔は素敵です!

これから始めようと思っている方 に何かアドバイスをお願いします
先生方にお任せてとりあえずやってみよ、面白い世界は待ってます!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
More than 10 years

What made you decide to start?
I began CrossFit to rehabilitate my hips after being replaced, I found out extremely fast how good it was and decided to teach the method to others. As a combination of not just how important fitness is but also how fun it can be when performed properly.

Do you have any goals or objectives?
To stay healthy and strong for the rest of my life.

What is the most enjoyable thing about doing CrossFit?
To not only see your own but be able to share other’s personal gains, is very gratifying.

Have you noticed any changes in your daily life since you started CrossFit?
As the owner I must say that seeing everyone’s smile coming and going to CrossFit never gets tired.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting CrossFit?
Simply trust that the Team of Coaches will help you on your journey, trust me there is a beautiful world waiting for you with the community.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I had my first CrossFit class in 2019 and came back for more after Covid. So just about 3 years now!

What made you decide to start?
I wanted to get strong enough to accomplish adventure races like the spartan race here in Japan.

Do you have any goals or objectives?
My goals are to be able to keep adventuring long into my golden years. I believe keeping fit and having strong muscles will help me live a happier, and more fun filled life.

What is the most enjoyable thing about doing CrossFit?
The great variety and intensity of the workouts - I feel progress every time!
The fun and inspiring community
The joy of being strong enough to take on new challenges.

Have you noticed any changes in your daily life since you started CrossFit?
CrossFit training helped me place #3 in the spartan race super elite and #1 in the age category last year (2022). It give me confidence physically, and mentally by boosting my vitality and creative energy daily.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting CrossFit?
Just show up and follow along. Don't be shy about asking questions and definitely rely on the coaches for what you don't know. Everything will come, the fun, the friendships, the strength, the goals…Trust the process of progress.

I've been doing CrossFit Since 2011 so 12 years

What made you decide to start?
The methodology
When I got introduced to Crossfit and saw that they are training in all domains; Metcon, Lifting and Gymnastics, All rounded Fitness, I got attracted right away.

Do you have any goals or objectives?
My goal is to stay Fit and Healthy in the long run without injury.

What is the most enjoyable thing about doing CrossFit?
I like to push my self when i train and training in a group when everybody support and push each other is a great feeling !

Have you noticed any changes in your daily life since you started CrossFit?
Crossfit has definitely made me stronger and I feel more energetic everyday.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting CrossFit?
Don't think too much just start. Crossfit is for everybody..everybody can do it. Trust the process and consistency is the key to achieve your goals in Fitness

始めようと思ったキッカケは何ですか?
何か新しいことができるようになりたい!と思っていたところCrossFitに出会いました。
元々新体操の競技者だったので体操の動きを見てできるようになりたいという強い気持ちが芽生えたのがきっかけです

目的や目標などはありますか?
なんでもできるハイブリッドな身体になることです

クロスフィットをやっていて最も楽しいと思えた事 は?
成長を実感できた時と明るくてポジティブなCrossFit西麻布のコミュニティです

CrossFit を始めて日常生活で変 化を感じたことはありますか?
考え方がポジティブになって笑う機会が増えました!休日の過ごし方もアクティブになって趣味が沢山できました


これから始めようと思っている方 に何かアドバイスをお願いします
変わりたい・変化が欲しいと思ってる方。
私はCrossFitを始めて生活が180度変わりました。
もし迷っているならもう始めるスタートが出来てるはず!

同じトレーニングに取り組めて、達成感を共有できる事!
