Christian is one of the first ever founding members of our box Reebok CrossFit Heart and Beauty. Hailing from Germany he found CrossFit by walking by the box one day before it had opened. One chat with Coach Nic and he was ready to sign up. He enjoys the motivation the commonity and coaches bring with each workout and aims to be the fittest he can be while also having fun. He recommends coming to the box for a great workout then hopping across the street for some much deserved Sukiyaki and Ushizaka

I was out of shape when I joined not having worked out regularly for years. It took a few months to be able to keep up with others but then I got into great shape. I went from a 36 inch waist to 32 and have more energy then ever.
