Community Spotlight : Morgan Ould
Morgan, who has been doing CrossFit for nine months, joined the ACROSS FITNESS community after moving to Tokyo two years ago. On the recommendation of a health coach, she started CrossFit to rebuild her fitness routine. Her goals are to strengthen her body, stay consistent, and learn new skills while having fun. Morgan enjoys the variety of workouts, the supportive coaches, and the camaraderie in every class. Since joining, she has noticed significant improvements in both her physical and mental health, making CrossFit an essential part of her routine.

What made you decide to start?
After moving to Tokyo 2 years ago I needed to find a fitness community to get me back into a good routine. A health coach suggested CrossFit and I'm so pleased he did, I love it!

Build my strength, be consistent, learn new skills, have fun!
What is the most enjoyable thing about doing CrossFit?
The variety of workouts, the approachable and inclusive coaches, and the friendly and supportive people in every class.
What do you love about the ACROSS FITNESS box & community?
Learning new skills, getting stronger, meeting new people, feeling part of a community.
Have you noticed any changes in your daily life since you joined the ACROSS FITNESS box?
Yes my overall health has improved, physical and mental, I really look forward to making a class
What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting CrossFit?
Don't be scared to take it slow, ask lots of questions if you need help and give everything a go, you may surprise yourself by what you can do!
